LD's antimony deposit could potentially be a game changer for AAU.
Antimony price is flying - currently in the high $30,000 USD/tonne and given China's ban unlikely to get significantly cheaper for a long time.
Based on payables quoted in recent announcements at current spot prices the Antimony is worth in the order of $90M USD/year.
Ideally a western government would look at the global shortages and come to the party with full funding and offtake for this. However given it is in Cuba, maybe we need a BRICS offtake partner/ funder.
