Indeed. Strange that an announcement wasn't made regarding this, buried on page 11 of a slide deck.
24th October Slide Deck - 146.6m covered lives, 16 states at critical mass
18th November slide deck - 254.7m covered lives, 23 states at critical mass
Almost 70% increase in covered lives.
Obviously a biggie state (or two) has reached the tipping point.
Given the lack of any good news I would have thought they would have jumped at the chance to release this as a standalone announcement.
