As a shareholder who also owns options, I am not sure why I would be voting in favour of resolutions 4(a) - 4(d) to grant performance rights at the upcoming AGM.
I am somewhat frustrated with management and the board and would encourage others to ponder their vote rather than blindly voting 'for'.
