They're obliged to have to raise capital in the next month if the rebate doesn't come in, even then it won't add much time. I suspect they'll release a data cut early January and simultaneously drop the CR announcement, if the data is alright I'm sure the raise will be subscribed, if not...
Bad time of year to hold the hat out to retail and coming off years of depreciation it doesn't feel like IMU is in a tenable position at the moment. Is there even a soph/insto left that PH hasn't scared off that can come off the bench for capital?
