Hi pacificwinner - I have joined the class action and have read all the paperwork that Slater and Gordon sent to me. You will not be out of pocket personally. If they win all their fees come out of the settlement before the shareholders are paid. If they lose they are covered by LLS. It would be in your interest to join the action what have you to lose? Good luck. I have shares but am sitting on a huge loss because of all the problems and I would love to get some of it back if possible.
