I suggested a dividend of 5 cents now, 7 cents final based on an expected annual normal profit of $50-$51 mill. to June 30.
In practice, if 12 cents were paid, then one could expect say 7 cents now and 5 cents final.
Personally, I am not too concerned as to how divs are being paid out because the reality often differs from that proposed.
We stil have an extra $27 mill abnormal pre-tax profit or $18 mill. after tax, however, some $43.35 mill are needed from internal resources to pay for the REM takeover.
If this is approved, then the drilling machines will be coming out to prove up the nickel resources.
