    Not sure where you are getting that from. As above in my post and more detail below, as at June 30 total liabilities exceeded total assets buy $25 Million.

    Scottm goes on about "The empties have no idea." But it is EQR shareholders that are dumping the stock into the hype!!!

    The trading looks like another cap raise is coming.
