It's interesting to speculate - but ultimatly if we are being objective, WDS is doing everything per contract - ie, waiting for the seismic access license (which needs MME approval). Then the 180 day period 'officially' begins (it's up to them if they want to wait around for that duration or start early). It will certainly be very interesting to understand what is actually going on here - ie, where the descrapancy is (because again, being objective - we/shareholders do not know) - the outcome of this MME meeting with pel87 partners will be exceedingly interesting.
