    Well said Baz,
    IMO we need a major SH to demand an independent valuation of our European Portfolio to compare with the MBO proposal, as there is no telling what kind of fabricated valuation could be influence by a manipulative and selfish team of managers .
    Hurley's property valuer could be party to the MBO ?
