RFK will have a lot on his plate (not literally) for a few years. Hopefully he doesn't' impact us for a while. One thing he wants to ban is Direct to Consumer Advertising of prescription pharmaceuticals. I have heard him mention this in terms of TV advertising but I guess all media would be included? I am not sure how this impacts the platform BOT have established to connect the patient to the drug in a streamlined manner.
Just another reason for BOT to get off their friggin a$$es and get some advertising out there asap before the opportunity disappears.
We wouldn't be in this situation if they didn't stuff up a label and since then seem to be dawdling while paying out big wages for all our expert management while the share prices goes from 44c to 31c in the last few months. Just unbelievable really.
