Hopefully the ACTA bid does fail, as there is a potential for a re-rate for HLX with this acquisition in a prime location of WA next other nearby mining/exploration company neighbours. I watched the video, and Kylie the MD of HLX mentioned that the private vendors only approached and wanted to deal with the HLX board and team of geologists. Something is definitely brewing here.
