One must really ask of the major Nido shareholders are you baying for blood? And if not, why not? Nobody in their right mind would put this down to anything but incompetence. We have a managerial remuneration budget that demands the reasonable delivery of critical performance outcomes. Jacot now is your time to show the leadership that is entrusted to you by your shareholders. Each and everyone on the Nido payroll should be accountable for their competences. If people on substantial salaries are out of their depth then that is something that shareholder's should not be punished for. Jacot leadership starts at the top, so I guess you are right in the spotlight.
It's a damn shame our AGM is probably six months away.
