    Forget all the chequered history with this one.

    Cash backing, no debts, cash flow and up-coming Vietnam drilling... this has little downside and easy 5c upside (30%) over the coming few months.

    Sometimes it is hard to objective after run downs like PPP have suffered. Last time I owned this I sold at 51c having purchased in the low 20's. Current price presents another nice opportunity for an easy 30% gain into the new year......

    Loads of cash and opportunities for continued small cash flow.... easy to be objective ....
