RFK will have a lot on his plate (not literally) for a few years. Hopefully he doesn't' impact us for a while. One thing he wants to ban is Direct to Consumer Advertising of prescription pharmaceuticals. I have heard him mention this in terms of TV advertising but I guess all media would be included? I am not sure how this impacts the platform BOT have established to connect the patient to the drug in a streamlined manner.Just another reason for BOT to get off their friggin a$$es and get some advertising out there asap before the opportunity disappears.
