You state that Nasdaq listing WILL be early in January. Have I missed some important info, or are you speculating? If it's the latter than I don't think you should use the word WILL. Also, where did you get that ticker symbol from? I remember reading an earlier NR saying that the ticker would be something else..can't remember exactly what, but it wasn't PMDM.
As for the premium you use with your calculations...I hope you're right. A bit optimistic I would say. But you never know how the Americans will react to this listing.
