I think that giving options to directors should be an incentive bonus. In other words, for example, if we the Shareholders think that a reasonable Share price target is 4.5 cents within the next 12 months, then the options should be exercisable at 4 cents within that period, thus delivering a bonus to the Directors of half a cent per share if they meet their target. Any thoughts??
