Forgive my lack of technical knowledge, but is it possible that the United team are not looking at a TO, but maybe a reverse share listing (I believe they attempted to list a few years ago but we unsuccessful). Is there a major difference between a TO and a reverse listing?
What is the likelihood they stopped at 19.9% not to conduct a TO but to complete reverse list or establish a strategic partnership. I'm thinking something similar to Chemist warehouse or a deal like Premier Investment and Myer.
