Dude, the vast majority of investors don't go to AGM's. You don't have moral high ground just because you did. Shareholders might be nurses, teachers, care-givers, etc. Perfectly respectable giving people, simply busy at work and unable to attend, but may still exercise their vote. They don't have the time you do to attend AGM's or go on and on and on, on share forums.
