Yeah they did say that production was fully allocated,and I do bring the point up about Caesium offtake quite bit don't I. That quarterly also said they were in the final rounds of negotiation, meaning at that point they had no binding contracts, a long time before this they were on the threshold of having at least one out of three interested parties signing binding contracts.
Since that March quarterly there has been no update on the signing of any contracts, and two more quarterlies have passed by.

Kel there is big difference between someone saying "Yeah we can use all of your Caesium " but then actually signing a binding agreement.to take it all, and at what price, don't know, that is a secret, how then do you get a binding offtake when you don't know what you will get, but the price is vital to the feasibility of LPD P1 plant . Then how do you expect to get a strategic investor to finance blindly for P1. Also the big whammy, there is no due diligence being done for finance anyway because we need to do the funding, and we did not raise any money in the last CR to cover this, as a matter of fact we have now spent all that we did raise and more. It is just words.

As an example of pushing the envelope, in the same March Quarterly they indicated that there was wide spread interest in buying existing stockpiles of concentrate stored at the mine. They went to say there is great demand for 2.5 -3% concentrate, neglecting to point out the better part of current stockpiles is less than 1% and not marketable. Then they were in the throes of signing a binding offtake for 2.5-3% concentrate with Chinese converters. There is obviously no chance of selling concentrate until the concentrator is refurbished, and as I explained before DFC won't supply finance until a strategic partner for the P1 plant is found that is not a foreign entity of concern. LPD continually blur their announcements to provide a smoke screen that all is progressing famously, when reality indicates it is far from the truth.
