Why reward failure with a free ride?
Unless there is some good news between now and the GM why would you even consider doling out millions of options?
I suspect that an ann is imminent. Historically, a flowery ann is put out by VIL every time the share holders are about to bent over the log (again).
A positive ann on FP is the only way I'll agree to any sort of reward!
