Yeah but going on the ability to find Micrometastic lesions which are smaller than 2mm with illucix there's obviously uptake in said lesions but not enough to emit enough radiation to be illuminated in the old scanner but easily discernible in the new ones.
So you get the same bang for your buck within minutes without having to wait for a second day scan as with CU6.
Less radiation exposure too.
These scanners cost double what the conventional ones do ($220kUS) but with the scan done in a quarter of the time and a tracer cost of $5k they'll likely be ubiquitous in higher throughput clinics.
