    This will need negotiations. Your America plants will never get passed. Native laws will stop. MALI is a corruption beehive, they will kept taxing / royalties out for Company eventually selling out to them out if patience. I feel for this deal to be fair, reduce board..8 too many ineffective to run two boards one Corp now.Sayona retains 70% cut, to offset the non productive assets. whats your thoughts PLL holders, we got a deal!
