Are you complaining about the hand that’s feeding you? Without the cash infusion the company was in a vegetative state waiting to either dilute to oblivion or be delisted for being unable to raise funds. This is reasonable dilution and provides the breathing space and cash for mgmt to progress the trials and also the Gal program. Without this yesterday’s AGM was simply going to be “show me the cash” question to mgmt. You only have to look at a few other peers companies for ridiculous dilution.
I think the better approach is now that we have Davisite here on this forum let’s ask intelligent questions that can help our investment decision making and foster a better SH culture on this forum to encourage more people to join us.
