So much growth , so many synergies.

Makes you wonder how the page 24 slide comes up with a decreased dividend return.
Of course , we are constantly told that divis are old hat , so passe . No cause for concern then.
I wonder if this merger had anything to do with what I thought was a surprising recent drop?
