Why do Alexandria and Kamikaze stick up for the Chairman/mgmt/Board no matter what?
It would seem that they have vested interests?
However, now finally, ordinary shareholders have a chance to have our voices heard if we vote against the Chairman's re-election and the remuneration report (i.e.resolutions 1 & 2).
For the first time I'm feeling a little optimistic that we might get back what we've lost and, call me crazy, but if we can now get a respected Board in place to match our world class resource, this might just get a rerate up to where it should be (multiples of the current SP).
This has been a very dark period where I believe shareholders have been treated as an inconvenience by MGMT/Board/Chairman who have been much more concerned with their own positions, lifestyle and ego?
