I think the market is waiting to see the cash to execute.
The APC/ATF fund sounds promising, but we need definitive cash in the bank...significant millions to prove to the market we can continue unhindered and execute our strategy.
And it is a great strategy...I think everyone here can see that.

@ChinaSyndrome, who tried to rebuff my claim that even in todays market our operation is doable, , admits a positive NPV at today's pricing.
Markets are cyclic.
This pricing will not last forever.
If you can break even or make a small profit in tough times, then you set yourself up for the upswing and can make mega cash.
In fact, the low pricing environment, can sink incumbents and halt investment in any sector.
So you may end up with a scenario where we may be the only, or one of the only players outside China with this capability.
China, no longer wishes to export rare earths.
Finished product yes, but REO's ...No....
Many here can read between the lines and see that nationalisation, bans on certain RE's, bans to certain contractors, is just the beginning.
They want to, and essentially do have TOTAL control, to dictate at will, the future direction of this sector...to play God...
CASH, we need CASH in the bank...CR's , funding, finance, grants...probably 25m to kick it off.
There are multiple avenues in the UK.
The grants so far are great, but we need a substantial lump sum in the coffers.
Money has always been my concern with this company, and they have cut it very fine indeed.
What is left of our staff in Australia and Belfast are doing well.
The executive team have taken paycuts
The headcount, as well as the cashburn has dropped significantly.
And the way this is playing out...positive sentiment, investor presentations, promotional videos...IMHO there is a CR inbound.
I know I will be unpopular for saying that, but I would rather that and progress, then nothing happening and floundering around for grants and handouts.
And if it gets us to a funding package/offtake/partnership, then bring it on...because we can then start executing and building to the ultimate goal of commercialisation.
Progress needs cash....
And the market is waiting to see ours....
