The peak of the share price a year ago was in anticipation of the ’imminent’ announcement repeatedly promised for mid 2023
And I shall continue to repeat myself : having talked up the timing and the discussions with potential partners, Shareholders were and remain entitled to know what the CEO has been doing. The absence of meaningful updates and hiding behind self important Confidentiality Agreements constitutes misconduct!
