The biggest risk to shareholder value is a disorderly transition. Regardless of how one feels about MC, this ship is likely to sink if he walks and there is no proper handover. Like it a not, MC is at the heart of all contracts and business relationships. Just be careful not to cut your nose to spite your face.
I think the only way to get the best outcome is to have Carl Hung and David Stewart controlling the board.
