I would expect if you were able to look closely at this you would find this would be a lovely example of manipulating the price through small bot trading to accumulate not that any of the regulators, ASIC or ASX, would be interested in it.
That would only show how endemic the practice is and how unfair the system is to the retail investor and how inept the regulators are at policing the the share market.
