my narrow view of experience is based on the past two years. When David started, he was handed the CET collaborators/partners. I believe there were at least 8 of them. One of them took us to court 6 months after David started and the others are all gone. Surely a CEO with excellent customer relation skills should've been able to smooth the waters? or did David add fuel to the fire?
Many new collaborators have come on board since then and it'd appear most have vanished. These collaborators are coming to us. We've never been proactive and targeted the customers we'd like to work with. All these EV companies have come to us as stated in David's presentations. He proudly proclaims "they are coming to us!" Why didn't the company approach them first? The problem until Fabian starts is we've never had anyone who can sell.
The only partner that appears to be serious is Mercedes who have paid us $100k over the past two years. We haven't been able to extract a cent from any other partner.
We're told we're "leading the charge" but we see no urgency from any of the partners other than Mercedes. Putting all our eggs into one basket with Mercedes is very risky. We're even keeping information confidential to help them. What about all the other EV companies we should be working with?
The last thing I want to see is an exclusive deal with Mercedes. Giving away 100% of our AnteoX for 10%? of the market? it'd make no sense to me
Maybe David went early with the CR as he didn't think there'd be any deal done this side of Xmas? better to do a CR at 2c than at the low 1s?
