true .... we will never know. what I do know when I personally questioned Rick and Tim about a sales execution plan ...... there was nothing of substance ....so we will never know . I am more concerned that the underlying hypothesis of NCCN, coverage , private payor etc = sales is just non existent and it's just not a high enough priority for hospitals .... waiting for next 4C results
