The two investment companies together now own 36.9% of LDX. IMO, both of these two investment companies would have done their due diligence checks before agreeing to invest, and IMO they also would have had direct access to quiz and question senior management about LDX's business plans/strategy.

IMO, the fact that two separate institutional investors decided to buy up a large portion of LDX shares can be an indicator of the upside potential available in LDX shares at current prices.

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is the govt department responsible for granting the LDX CLIA waiver (as per below image).

A successful CLIA waiver will reportedly open up the number of potential sites which can buy FebriDx from 18,000 sites pre-waiver, to 270,000 sites post-waiver. In monetary terms the total available market (TAM) will increase from US $118 million dollars per annum, pre CLIA waiver, to US $1.7 billion per annum, post CLIA waiver (see image below).

Decent Breakout today on relatively high volume..

This strong move upwards is likely to continue tomorrow IMO.

We are about to reclaim a lot that upside potential which we recently gave up and which is currently available with LDX IMO.......and if one of our expected (or unexpected) announcements hit, then who knows what kind of price levels we can achieve.

This is precisely the problem LDX is working on with FebriDX. With such a massive global focus on this problem, IMO, LDX is very well placed to successfully achieve a PLA code reimbursement on FebriDX (i.e. USA govt covering part/whole of medical clinic's cost of buying and using FebriDx), and then also successfully achieving the FDA CLIA waiver (meaning many more USA clinics are able to freely use the product).

IMO, LDX has identified a highly notable need in the fight against antimicrobial resistance and has established itself with a ready to use product (FebriDx) within a market that is desperate for solutions.

IMO, the fact that the US Department of Health and Human Services (BARDA) has provided LDX with up to US 8.3 million in funding and support is a reflection of the endorsement that LDX has from policy makers in the fight against AMR.

IMO, that support will only become more substantive overtime, and will highly likely come more governments around the world, including Australia.
