IMO this should be much higher than it is. The fact that buyers are still wussing around and not stepping up to the plate, is letting all other GGP holders down. no one willing to buy GGP at 1.5cents. Sounds amazing to me.
Maybe people dont know exactly why they should chase shares, instead of waiting for shares to come to them.....
