Yes the sale price surprised me considering the last valuation was $62m and $78m at the end of the last FY. The asset was already marked down approx 25% in the last 2 financial years so $41.75m is a poor outcome. I guess one could argue the valuation was incorrect as AOF has accepted what the market is currently willing to pay but either way, the discrepancy between the sale price and valuation is shocking.
