I respect and take on board all that you say.
Just remember they are only free options until they excercise them at .025c. They would not excercise them if they haven't "done the work" (that you seem to think they have never done or will never do) and the SP exceeded .025c.
I wouldn't care if they gave themselves a billion free options each if they were excerciseable at $10. That would mean the "free" options would only hold a value if the share price exceeded $10.
I am on your side mate. But don't knock the directors when they are endeavouring to move the coy forward.
