I took a position today at $1.025 taking advantage of the discount to NTA. People are overly concerned about the discount. It is no big deal and likely to close as interes rates fall. Don't forget many REITs are trading at a dicount to NTA and there are times when they trade at a premium. Management can take advantage of the situation by selling assets at a premuium to book value when they can.
