someone posted earlier in the week how the short position has spiked in PEN.
Shortman shows 3 in top 10 are uranium stocks. The whole sector seems to be under attack yet again just when looked like rallying.
As for top holders the only one I would care about is Sprott who increased their holding , check announcement 17 October. No change in holder notice so looks like they have not sold. So far so good on that front
