As far as the southern farms. They hold 64% of 1 farm, not 3 as two have been sent back to DMR as set out in shadows informative post.

I am a bit confused that PL thinks that after fighting through 3 courts, and 4 years, that Bengwenyama are just going to let NKP have the farms, especially since Bengwenyama Minerals have applies for this some time back.

PL can not think that the 104's have any chance of getting through with out the support of the Bengwenyama.

On 15 September 2006 the final investment agreement was concluded. On the next day, the Kgoshi of the Community wrote a letter to the Department stating his concurrence and approval of Bengwenyama Minerals acting as a ―black empowered enterprise on behalf of the Community.

What leases is PL talking about? The farms?
This seems to fly in the face of the court ruling.

Could you clarify this if you get a chance.
