Possibly. But the market knew the same a few days ago when we were at $17 too.
I don't know what it is but maybe market knows (thinks?) it probably has quite a few months until it needs to be invested here.
Most of the rise leading into Rett's trial result was in 6 months prior to release. It rose about 42% over the 6 months (which even included a 33% fall in the last 3 months into the result - which had a number on here claiming that the results were therefore going to be bad). Post result saw a rise of up to 440% prior to FDA approval. There are perhaps some funds and investors that will be thinking (assuming you are betting on a positive outcome) that the time to own is much closer to the results being due since that is when most of the gains are to be had. I dunno though
