Unless there was an unspoken or spoken arrangement that Clee would sell down for easy money so that a few others could then accumulate and take over that running stick.
It stinks of CBD early Friday drinks arrangements in whatever cities these dudes harbour (fester) in.
The second tier is about to make a motza, that is, whoever can now accumulate large thanks to Clee.
Absolutely no doubt this will be over 10-17 cents once the second tier have finished their accumulation.
It is a sign that this share price is only seeing the beginning.
In my humble opinion.
