Yes, I've previously researched all of that long before I sold.
Not saying that the transaction was invalid.
Unfortunately, without a JV Agreement announced to market there is not much clarity on what LAT shareholders could expect in return on this asset.
Which is why feel it's a little deceptive for LAT to use 'JV' in their promotional material.
