the recent raise for $USD990m was transacted on the LSE
On the ASX i believe there are restrictions preventing Senior Management from purchasing or participating in cap raises etc if they are aware of short term catalysts that will have a material impact on the SP - i believe there would similar compliance requirements on the LSE
i believe this is the first time that Hathorne has not participated in funding - but may be wrong
time will tell, but i strongly believe there are short term catalysts coming, or deals may have already be done?? Who knows
But as I stated earlier, given the SOI , trading to push the SP lower does not warrant major red flags
Trafing spread on both LSE and the JSE is ridiculously large between transactions
IMO - still believe excellent buying opportunity at these levels
