Fangdango, have thought about it and when I looked into it I put the idea into the WAY TO HARD basket.There are so many good sausage flavours and varieties off the shelf these days at a very reasonable prices it would be a complete waste of money and time I think.That aside if its really something you want to do Goodluck with it,Let us all know how you go,Cheers.
