I get that C4V might not be in contact with MNS but to alienate the debt funders to a point they don't even answer your calls.. it prob means that youre (MNS) were the problem all along. time to take the responsibility

Two final comments;
- with this announcement it should mean that IM3 is completely off the books so ASX has no reason not to let MNS trade.
- MNS will also need to update their books and release which will trigger an AGM - good luck facing SH's to the directors after this S"it show.

Finally, guess whoever it was that said Shaliesh was going to jail had been drinking the same cool-aide that directors were..
