IXR has more of a fighting chance with Belfast as now Makuutuhas been designated to the history books.
As i said the FS on Belfast had to be spectacular which Unfortunaly is not relying on a 80% uptick in REE pricing to support its metrics,
Can see the vultures circling soon to pick up any IP that wont come into effect until the above uptick , Unless a white night or strategic cornerstone investor comes into play which Tim has been banging on about for the last 3 years.
Remembering most of the government hand outs have to be matched by IXR.
If IXR goes back to the equity market again without a strategic , It will be game over IMO
