we are only 12m market cap. for us raise the cash to provide a JORC (along withmoney to fund our other explorations) will involve cr after cr and dilute the absolute crap out of the shares on issue. not a bad deal, let them do all the heavy lifting. at the end of the day we will have cash to fund our other activities and still have 30% of the project, which is chasing a min of 50mt @1%
