Looks like Borje exercised his options expiring 5 December 2024 and 23 Jan 2025 for a total of $811200 into RACs kitty. Based on the latest T20 in the annual report, Borje will become the 5th or 6th largest shareholder in RAC (depending how many shares Biosynergy is now down to).
Also nice to see that his shares won't be hitting the market any time soon:
