The 9c performance options were issued a long way back when the SP was ~7c. 10c options were issued late last year when SP was 8.5c (18% premium to SP at the time). This change of interest notice pertains to performance options issued exercisable at 14.0c, or 33% higher than current price. I prefer to see perf options issued particularly at a premium as opposed to printing shares that is commonplace elsewhere. The options are only valuable if they increase the SP + management have to add more cash into the kitty when they get exercised.
