    re: Ann: Cond. Acquisition of 100% of Issued ... I went to the last 3 AGM's, not wasting anymore time on this disaster.

    Last I met with our CEO, Genner was pleading with him to make something of our company.....clearly his requests were unattainable.

    This company was a very expensive learning exercise for me.
