$42,000,000 over 5 years paid semi-annually. = Each semi-annual payment would be approximately $5,448,126.
ROG isn't making enough money to carry one 6-month period let alone, have the ability to get into production quickly. I suspect if there is an acquisition, ROG will be approved for the loan on either an exceedingly long loan period (ouch) or we wait until Yarrow 1, and Killa are in production.
